- If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google OAuth
- Payment information is not collected directly β we do not currently process payments on the platform

4. Third-Party Services
ChristLearn uses the following trusted third-party services to operate the platform. Each has its own privacy practices:
Clerk (clerk.com) β Authentication and user management. Handles account creation, login, and session management.
Supabase (supabase.com) β Database and backend infrastructure. Stores your profile, course progress, and platform content.
Zoho Mail β Transactional email delivery for account notifications and communications.
Vercel (vercel.com) β Platform hosting and deployment.
Google OAuth β Optional sign-in via Google account.
We only share data with these services to the extent necessary to provide ChristLearn's functionality.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase, with encryption at rest and in transit. Authentication is handled by Clerk, which is SOC 2 compliant. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
While we take security seriously, no system is completely secure. In the unlikely event of a data breach that affects your rights and freedoms, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account remains active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention records).
Course completion records and certificates may be retained in anonymised form for platform analytics.
